ECO SIMPLEX is the series of trailed sprayers for the professional management of the chemicals application on vineyards and orchards.

The blower system SIMPLEX with centrifugal fan and independent air-outlets, is very versatile: the geometry of the outlets can be easily adjusted according to the shape of the vegetation.

Thanks to the versatility of the air outlets and to the big air volume, SIMPLEX becomes always the specific sprayer for a targeted application, thus avoiding drift and fighting better against the wind.

All SIMPLEX sprayers are available with road homologation.

Features may include:

• The special design of the star-shaped SIMPLEX conveyor allows the best uniformity to all air outlets and a symmetrical and even application at any level of the vegetation.

• The high efficiency of the system and the reduced power losses along the hoses leads to a very powerful air flow and reduced noise.

• All the outlets are independent and adjustable in any direction and inclination.

• SIMPLEX blowers have a large front suction, ensuring a clean application, avoiding re-circulation of chemicals mist and suction of leaves and dust.

• SIMPLEX blowers are available with 8 or 10 air outlets.

• Fully laser cut chassis and rear bumper in AHSS Advanced High Strength Steel.

• The closed sections stringers lead to a superior strength and stability of the chassis, the rounded shape of the edges in contact with the tank prevents any possible damage to the fiberglass and grants the best reliability over the years.

• The chassis, the rear bumper and all other steel parts are hot galvanized.

• A solid steel frame fixed to the rear part of the chassis protects the lower part of the conveyor.

• Fan gear box: 2 speed + neutral, exclusive design for our machines. Extended main body and big bearings ensure extreme reliability and long-lasting.

• Long-life bearings drive shaft inside the tank.
